Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location is perfect very close to the center and the train and all is reachable on foot. Size is ok for 2-4 people. The hosts are responsive and the self check in and out is convenient.

Negative: We had to pay extra 29£ in a separate platform for linings for the sofa bed which was not mentioned anywhere on booking and it is absurd since from the beginning the reservation has been made for four people. The windows were not cleaned for a long time and most of the do not open, so it is hard fir ventilation. No ventilation in the bathroom as well. We had to take out the rubbish before leaving although cleaning fee is included. There are no hangers for jackets and towels especially in the bathroom that would be much more convenient.

Summary: Could be great if with small improvements and a bit of referbishment and if they include all the charges in booking, so
