We offer you the opportunity to rent the east wing of this 200m² Vendée bocage dwelling, which can accommodate up to 12 people.
Ideal for families or groups of friends. We would be delighted to welcome you to this 18th-century main building in the heart of 25 hectares of wooded parkland, crossed by a small stream with 2 ponds.
The site comprises a group of buildings including the dwelling in which we have our main home and the gîte in the other wing of the building. The swimming pool (10x5) is open from June to September and is enclosed by walls. There are no neighbours and each gîte has its own living space and terrace.
A deposit applies (cheque not cashed).

An entrance hall leading to the staircase and a corridor leading to the terrace.
A large living room with lounge, dining room and large fireplace.
A fully-equipped kitchen (oven, gas cooker, toaster, kettle, etc.).
A room that could be converted into an extra bedroom opening onto the terrace.

The 20m² shaded outdoor terrace has a large table and barbecue, and is set in enclosed grounds (for the safety of young children). The gîte is equipped with board games, pétanque, table tennis, table football and, of course, the large 25-hectare park with its 4km of forest paths.
Chantonnay is 9km away, with all the necessary amenities (supermarkets, shops, cinema, etc).
