The apartment is the perfect space to enjoy Edinburgh from. There is everything you could need in a cosy yet stylish home.
The apartment will be professionally cleaned prior to guest arrival and access can be gained any time after 3pm via lockbox.
Guests will have access to the entire home.

Heading west from the city centre and Haymarket, you'll enter the picturesque Coates and Murrayfield area. Characterised by stately Jacobean style villas, cute homely bed and breakfasts, and a number of fine bars and eateries. The area is also home to the gorgeous Donaldsons School for the blind- recently refurbished into flats and an icon of Edinburgh's western skyline. The district is also home to Murrayfield stadium, the home of Scottish rugby. Keep heading west and you'll come to the town of Corstorphine- which has found itself subsumed into Edinburgh, and now is home to the world-class Edinburgh zoo.
Edinburgh Airport: From the airport take the Tram or Airlink bus to Ormidale Terrace. From here the apartment is an 8 minute walk away
Train: The nearest railway station is Edinburgh Haymarket. From the station take Lothian Bus number 12,24, 25, 26, 31, 38 or 900. Alternatively the apartment is a quick taxi ride away.
Buses: Lothian Buses are the main bus operator in Edinburgh. They offer a great free app that provides route maps, fare information and live bus times. Its a great tool for getting around the city.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is space for only ONE car outside. You may park for free. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
