The approx. 140 m² 5-room holiday apartment (non-smoking), which extends over 2 floors, offers you the best conditions for an unforgettable holiday thanks to its first-class, stylish furnishings with a balcony (sea side) and terraces on the ground floor. Thanks to a successful room layout, the apartment offers space for max. 7 adults and 2 small children up to 3 years in a travel cot. In the spacious living / dining area you can spend cozy days thanks to the comfortable corner couch with coffee table, sideboard and large dining area. Four smart TVs and a mini stereo system with Bluetooth and USB connection as well as the free WiFi available in the apartment ensure your entertainment. From the living area you can go directly to your 2 terraces which are oriented towards the sea side and the land side. The modern kitchenette, which adapts to the living area, offers you a 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender and various kitchen utensils and thus invites you to cozy cooking evenings. Three bedrooms are with a double bed (1x 1.60m x 2.00m, 1x 0.90m x 2.00m extendable to 1.80m and 1x 1.80m x 2.00m), bedside tables with lighting and USB connections and wardrobes for your Holiday wardrobe equipped. The fourth bedroom has a single bed (0.90mx 2.00m), bedside table with lighting and USB ports and a wardrobe. In one of the 4 bedrooms you also have access to the balcony where you will experience a unique view of the Baltic Sea. Blackout options with curtains, pleated blinds and insect screens allow a good night's sleep in all 4 bedrooms. Three bedrooms each have a smart TV. You can store your bicycles in a communal storage room. You can book the initial equipment of a laundry package (complete bed linen, 1 shower towel, 2 small towels) up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or add your own. From 2 packages booked, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat. The KDF seaside resort Prora continues to renovate and build. Therefore, temporary impairments can occur.
