Positive: It’s cheap, looks okay (has even some paintings inside), doesn’t have any damages/insects/anything that could disturb. Bed is very comfortable. There’s also a common kitchen with a fridge.

Negative: It’s a bit confusing, where the bathroom is. Bathroom for my room was outside „apartments“. It can also be a bit loud on the outer side of the building, but only during the daytime, since no one drives by in the night. Walls are thin, so you can hear neighbors very well.

Summary: Totally worth the price
