Our home is very accessible with No Steps to enter the main level of the home, whether you are in the garage, on the patio, or entering from the front door! There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, including a Master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that is all ADA including the tile shower! The other bedroom and main bathroom are on the other side of the home. Downstairs is finished with a spacious family room, a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator, two spacious bedrooms, one full bathroom.
Next to the garage is an allocated paved space for your camper or trailer including full hookups just plug into the 50 amp elec, water & sewer!
We have hosted people with allergies & chemical sensitivities. We do not use air fresheners, added scents, or harsh chemicals for this purpose in our home.
Entertain on the covered 14x22 patio with the additional 14x18 stamped concrete patio. The backyard is very spacious, peaceful & has a beautiful panoramic view.
The front patio is covered. Your coffee in the mornings will just taste fantastic as you drink & take in the morning views. - no steps

We do have several super heavy-duty single or bunk bed cots available for use if needed per request. Each adult cot is a 500lb limit. Kids cot is a 200lb limit
