The city villa is suitable for families and large groups who would like to live in Leipzig city center. We offer two exclusive holiday apartments with a wonderful green terrace view near the Clara-Zetkin Park. The city villa is a beautiful classicist, renovated stucco building from 1896. Each apartment has 2-3 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, TV and Internet and is tastefully furnished. Ceiling height 3.80m, large windows, parking in the yard. The villa is set back from Karl Heine Strasse and therefore very quiet. The 2 large apartments each have a wonderful terrace. The next tram stop "Nonnenstraße" is within walking distance and it is only a 10-minute tram ride to the zoo or Leipzig train station. The villa is ideal for parties, wedding guests, families with children and travel groups.
The apartment on the first floor is the largest one with 3 bedrooms (one of which can only be reached through another room) and a 30 sqm living room. The apartment has a kitchen and a shower room. Up to 10 people have enough space here.
The other apartment on the 1st floor has 2 bedrooms with kingsize and queen size beds, a dining room and a living room with sofa beds. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. There is a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other bathroom has a bath. Both apartments have beautiful roof terraces.
The villa has also a basement apartment with direct access to the parking lot for 4 people and 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with sink / shower and 1 bathroom with sink / toilet. This apartment has its own entrance.
Groups up to 8 people are booking the ground floor apartment. From 9 people up we will host you on the 1st floor too.
