The cottage on Marktkirchhof you have all to yourself. From the entrance on the right is from a well-equipped kitchen (with gas hob and electric oven), next to it is a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate therefrom the toilet. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating and is therefore also in the winter warm. About a (Caution!) historical (and steep) staircase leads to the first Stock the beautiful and bright living room and the adjoining small study. Sofa, two armchairs and a table with 4 chairs are available, as is a large flat screen with DVD player and a selection of films. In the study there is an old (brighter) secretary with lamp and a chair, on the floor above are the two bedrooms from the cottage. One has to pass through the smaller single bedroom to the spacious bedroom with double bed (2 mattresses). Health pillows and normal pillows are available, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers available in the master bedroom. A large mirror and small armchair are also available there. The staircase can be secured for children on the top floor with a wooden flap.
The house has a great central location with the shortest routes to all major attractions of the city as well as the weekly market in the town square, the health food store, bakeries, a supermarket and many restaurants and cafes in the immediate area. Nevertheless, the situation is calm! From each floor you have a wonderful view of the Market Church. Culture lovers will feel comfortable in this house very well!
