Positive: Easy Hotel was very clean, the location was great for the price - many transport links to Central London, Gatwick Airport and the coast by train,trams from New Addington to Wimbledon etc. Bus routes to various destinations in Surrey and Heathrow Airport just 3mins walk away.

Negative: I was on the 7th floor and I could still hear the road traffic noise, but you get used to it I could also hear another rooms fan or water running in the cistern I like a firm bed - but that one was hard!! The shower ran intermittently scorching hot, then cold The lift situation needs to be addressed
