It's a 5-minute walk to the Creative Park, the Saigon River Park, and the center of the city's entertainment and art activities.
The apartment has a beautiful view of Ba Son Bridge, Saigon River and District 1, you can watch fireworks on city and national holidays right from the apartment balcony. Only a few apartments in the building have this expensive view.
