Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The cottage was deceiving, looked small on the outside, however the inside was like a tardis, modern interior, furnishings to a good standard, grankids loved the play area in back garden and the view from the balcony was breathtaking.

Negative: Some small issues, the electric gates to enter and exit are temperamental. No corkscrew, I think one of the young waiters gave us his to use. On our 2nd use of the hot tub both the arms to lift the lid snapped, quickly reported to Nieave (hotel reception) maintenance where there the following morning on our exit 5 days later still hadn't been fixed as had to order parts. Also whilst awaiting our keys to the cottage (domestic took them home) (maybe a spare set needed incase of such incidents) accidents do happen, we where advised to have a drink in the bar, had to drink outside as the area inside is for hotel guests who are eating, no inside place to sit and drink.

Summary: Overall the stay was spectacular, would definitely rebook.
