Positive: Lots of nice thoughtful touches, cosy and homely, like the decor, and excellent location.

Negative: Shower hose needs replacing as unusable without leaking, bin right outside house and neighbours bins outside kitchen window unsightly and attracts wasps. Slight damp smell/mould near sink.
