Our modern one bedroom unit has a queen bed, comfy sofa recliner, small dining table, kitchenette, and electric fireplace that creates the perfect, cozy ambience you're looking for! Free, off street parking is available as well!
Your cozy unit is located at the garden level of our home. You have a private entrance that leads you into a modern living room equipped with an electric fire place, 3-person recliner sofa, small dining table, and kitchenette.
Please note, the kitchen includes a full-size fridge, coffee maker and grinder, blender, hot water kettle, microwave, and air fryer. It does not include a stove or oven. You may use our dishes, or enjoy the convenience of disposable dishware.
We have stocked the bathroom with towels, wash clothes, shampoo, conditioner, feminine products, a hair dryer, and other basic needs. You can request more towels during your stay.
Enjoy a full night sleep with blackout blinds in this 1-bedroom! The room also includes a small workstation with a monitor. You may request us to swap out the monitor for a small television if preferred! You will also have access to a small drawer set.
Beds include 1 queen size, as well as one queen sized air mattress that can easily be placed in the living room. For families traveling with small children, we have a pack and play available.

Once you enter, there is a short flight of stairs down to your cozy stay!
Interaction with Guests
Please note, we are a 2 human, 3 furry friend family that live above the cozy unit. Because the entrance to the unit is located in the back, you may run into us in the backyard as we let our friendly Goldendoodle and Cocker Spaniel-mix. We are happy to say hi, but will respect your privacy and space. If you are in need of anything, kindly message us and we will get it resolved immediately!

Because you will be living in the garden level, you may hear occasional footsteps. We will be as quiet as possible, especially during the evening, to ensure a peaceful stay!
