The Space
Our unique space is child friendly, we can provide stair gates, a high chair and a travel cot on request.
The outside garden space has a child friendly secure gate, so that the little ones can play safely. Some garden games to keep them busy.
The deceptively spacious loft apartment has an open plan layout, has a fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, washing machine and dining table. Incorporated within a Cosy Lounge with 32” TV also including a Games Console, with games and a DVD player with dvd’s.
Not forgetting the Free 400mgb Fibre WiFi.
Our bathroom has a small but perfectly formed BATH only, we have added a shower head to the bath taps for your convenience. Toilet and basin as well.
The Double bedroom has plenty of storage space with a unique hanging rail as well. A full length Mirror and an easy chair.
The Twin room has an outlook to the garden space with a trundle bed so can be 1 single bed or 2. Storage is also in the form of a full wardrobe.
We also supply Fresh White Linen ( if you let us know what age the children are we have character bed coverings for them) Also Bath and hand towels for each person staying.
The totally self contained space also has its own private outdoor area. With Patio table and chairs and some hand made benches.

Parking for up to 2 Cars to the front of the property.
The Loft is a Strictly No Smoking and No Pet Space, for our guests comfort.
Guest Access
Access is via a secure gated entrance from the parking area, which has access for up to 2 vehicles.
There is a private outdoor area including a secure equipment store if required ( ask for details )
Our outdoor area has a child friendly lockable gate.
New safety Laws in Scotland 1/2/22 - Fire Alarms.
Please be assured our fire alarms are up to standard, are hard wired and interlinked within the property and also with our own property.
All notices and safety advise and emergency procedures are in place and regularly checked as per upcoming regulations.
We would appreciate that No Minors under the age of 16 be left in the property on their own at anytime.
Covid 19
Guests can be assured that at all times cleaning is done to an extremely high standard.
Extra precautions have been put in place to disinfect frequently touched surfaces, for example switches, handles, handrails and soft furnishings.
We ask our guests to remove all linen and towels and place in a bag supplied. This reduces any risk of cross contamination. Our linen is washed at high temperatures and is fitted only after the apartment cleaning has been completed.
