Positive: The apartment has AC. Even if the windows are oriented towards the street, there wasn't any noise that bothered us excessively. The beach is two minutes away, you can even see it from the apartment. The pool is a good alternative, for some children, that would want to exchange the sea for the pool, for some hours in the afternoon. Even if the apartment had only two sunbeds, the beach boy allowed us to use another two & umbrella, who were not occupied.

Negative: The apartment is not that so clean. The extendable sofa from the living-room it's not comfortable, so you don't sleep comfortably on it, and two adults would have troubles fitting in it. The fridge is positioned right near the extendable sofa, therefore, the heat and the noise from it will bother you during the night sleep. The bedroom bed it's supposed to be a double bed, but instead it has two mattresses, held together by a bedsheet. The sunbeds are only 2, even you're a family of more than 2 persons (the property description should be updated). The elevator is old, slow and small that 4 persons can barely fit in it. The furniture is quite old, the apartment needs renovation and repairs, because the price is not much cheaper than other options.
