The upper-level living room features a comfortable sectional with powered recliners and a 65-inch HDTV able to stream using one of your accounts, perfect for movie nights. The lower-level family room offers another large TV and a collection of board games like Ticket to Ride and Monopoly for everyone's enjoyment.
This home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The upper level includes a bedroom, a bathroom, and the master suite, which boasts a TV, a large walk-in closet with a crib, and an en-suite bathroom with a custom-tiled shower and double vanity. Off the master, a bonus room awaits with a sofa bed, exercise bike, foosball, and air hockey. The lower level has two more bedrooms and another full bathroom.

Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of noise between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Parking: No street parking is allowed at any time. Please use the driveway and three-car garage.
No Pets: Due to severe owner allergies, no pets or animals are permitted on the property, inside or out. Violators will be financially responsible for all required post-stay allergen sanitization.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the home or anywhere on the property. A $500 deodorizing fee may be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
No Parties: Parties or large gatherings are not permitted on the premises.
Eating Areas: Please confine all eating and drinking to the kitchen and patio dining areas.
