Our one bedroom cottage is located in the beautiful Hampshire countryside.

It has a very spacious open plan living area with a new kitchen and separate double bedroom with a new modern ensuite shower-room.

There are 2 large sofas a large tv comfortable bed and fluffy towels.

There is so much to do in the local area, I can go through it all with you .

A perfect place to relax and unwind.

The space
This is a unique one bedroom cottage which used to be the dairy for the farmhouse. There is a large sitting room with sofas, TV, dining area and brand new kitchenette (fridgefreezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and all necessary cooking and eating utensils). The separate double bedroom is located off the sitting room and has a brand new modern ensuite shower room and w/c. The Old Dairy is situated in the lovely historic village ofMapledurwell which has the popular Gamekeepers pub about 600m away, as well as a village pond and church.

Excellent village shop 2 miles away in Old Basing ( called Old basing village shop)

Beautiful green fields with footpaths on the doorstep make for wonderful walks and a perfect weekend getaway.

Unfortunately we do not accept dogs anymore..

Lovely walks from the doorstep, great pub in the village about 600m away and others within a two or three mile walk along footpaths and bridleways in the lovely Hampshire countryside. Bright lights of Basingstoke only 3.5 miles away. Odiham 4 miles away. Reading 28 miles away. Winchester 26 miles away. Basingstoke has great travel connections with regular trains to London taking 45 mins.
