On the ground floor you will find all the modern appliances, dish washer , tumble drier, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave & Coffee machine.
A spacious kitchen with a large table & 6 chairs with 2 extra toddler chairs and a high chair if required. The kitchen provides everything you should require for your stay with patio doors leading out to a spacious and private walled courtyard which has a lockable access gate to the cobbled street. This is ideal for those with Fishing rods, Bikes etc that need to be stored safely out of the way.
Also downstairs is an entrance room providing plenty of space for coats, shoes and a separate toilet with wash basin.
FIRST FLOOR
There are 2 bedrooms tastefully decorated with luxury Hotel bed linen always freshly laundered and luxuriously soft towels, a real treat during your stay.
All beds are memory foam topped which when warmed mould to your body to provide a wonderful nights sleep.
In the first Bedroom there are 2 single beds, draws, a gentleman's valet and a wall mounted smart television.
In the second Bedroom there is a Double bed, draws, hanging rail, chair and wall mounted Smart television.
There is also a hairdryer in each bedroom.
The bathroom also on the first floor has a separate walk in shower and a deep free standing bath for you to enjoy whilst relaxing during your stay.
SECOND FLOOR
The entire top floor of 'Heather Brae' is the sitting room, a particular feature of this townhouse is the exposed wall giving character and warmth . A beautiful room with plenty of light and huge amounts of space.
Plenty of seating there is also a table and chairs, a small book case, CD/Radio, Smart Television, DVD Player and an XBOX 360.
There is FREE WIFI throughout the property.
A Travel cot is also available and a small box of toys & books.
