CASA PUNTA DEL CAPO is a bright and welcoming property for 4 people, situated just a short distance from the centre of Sorrento. It has a total living space of around 50 square meters and includes a private terrace, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and parking.
Punta del Capo is located on the ground floor of a two-storey villa surrounded by splendid gardens. With the shade provided by the olive trees and the plants and flowers overflowing from gorgeous terracotta flowerpots, the gardens at Punta del Capo are the perfect place to escape daily life.
The property is bright and spacious and almost entirely decorated in white. Some tiling adds a touch of colour with its geometric patterns.
There is plenty to do in the neighbourhood and just a short distance away is Bagni della Regina Giovanna. This beautiful hidden beach with its rocky pool is only accessible by foot (access may be difficult for children) and is much less crowded than the other beaches in Sorrento. You reach the natural pool from the sea through a wonderful stone arc sculpted by the waves. During the 1st Century BC, there was a majestic Roman villa whose ruins are still there to visit.
A car is recommended for staying at Punta del Capo, and there is a parking space reserved for you. In the neighbourhood there is a newsagent, a grocery shop, and a post office.
You reach Casa Punta del Capo from the parking area by climbing four small steps.
On the upper floor of the villa is the owner's house which they rarely use and only on weekends.
