Positive: Even though we didn't speak Italian, the homeowner lady was very nice and speaking English and explained basic rules of the accommodation, direction for bus station, mini market etc. She was always there if we needed something.

Negative: Air-conditioning was 5€ each day, and we stayed 10 days. Bedroom was old italian style probably, it was functional but renovation will be nice. Room have only one wood stool, two closets, one commode with old crt tv which didn't work, and two 90x200 beds with old spring mattress joint together with little gap between them. We are from europe and breakfast was only what we bought yesterday, but it seemed to us that Italian guests were getting more attention from the homeowner lady, she even made them coffee and croissants
