Beautifully refurbished apartment with stunning views of South Parade pier, and the beach to the Isle of Wight. Situated on the first floor of this Thomas Ellis Owen designed building, the apartment offers a stylish open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen and classic French doors to the south-facing balcony to enjoy the view.
The secure private parking space is behind the building in front of the entrance.
The en-suite master bedroom also boasts a balcony. The 2nd bedroom is a good-sized double, next door to the family bathroom.

The apartment has one private off road space. It will fit a standard car. If you have a large vehicle or multiple vehicles, we can organise parking passes for the road (one car included, additional cars are charged)
There are 30 stairs up to the apartment.
We are trying to do our bit for the environment wherever possible. We are trying to avoid single use plastics and buy local/British to lower the carbon footprint by providing the following:
Milk in reusable glass bottles (as far as possible and time permitting)
Refillable toiletries in reusable bottles (please don’t throw them away) they are British made and cruelty free too
Environmentally friendly loo roll - who gives a crap. Made from recycled paper with no plastic packaging. We provide washable microfibre cloth for dishes rather than single use cloths.
Quiet hours 11pm to 8am
Please leave the house clean and tidy as you found it. No house parties, hen or stag parties. Only booked guests are permitted in the property.
Please do not wait until check out to report any issues, let us know during office hours, and report any check in issues immediately.
Refundable damage deposit of £150 is required.
