Positive: The place has everything you could possibly need, all you need to bring is your food, there is plenty of space, a large living room and kitchen, with two good size bedrooms, plenty of hot water and the air conditioning works well. Also you have your own parking place directly outside the door. And a nice cool balcony. It's on the edge of the town, close to open fields, so nice and quiet.

Negative: It's on the first floor, but the steps are easy, no good for people who can't walk though.
