The bedrooms offer a serene atmosphere with a king suite bathwith large walk-in tiled shower and walk-in closet full length mirror and private workspace the second bedroom offers a queen, and twin bed to accommodate all guests. Second full bath has tub and shower The living room offers a queen pullout couch to make you feel right at home Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, and a washer and dryer we are one of the few homes that is licensed by the state and the city of Sioux Falls South Dakota which is really easy to do when you are all brand new we are located on a private road. It’s actually a 3 block loop so very little traffic very quiet neighborhood. We are only 10 minutes from Sanford sports complex about nine minutes from downtown Sioux Falls and only a block and a half from a 27 mile bike trail we are approximately 11 minutes from the Falls which is a fantastic place for Christmas We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at Prairie Haven, we await for your arrival also there is no basement or use of garage. The garage is our cleaning and laundry supply area.
