1/ Time check in/check out?
- Check in anytime

Early check-in or Late check-out can be arranged depend on availability. Just let us know your expected time when you book.
2/ The ways you get the keys?
- For your convenience, the Magnetic Card to enter to SAPHERE 2 tower is left in mailbox NUMBER 1505 under tower, beside tower reception. After take the Card, You will enter apartment by passcode (I will send you photos for clear intructions)
3/ Swimming pool/gym and how much does it cost for a ticket?
- It’s 10$/ticket for pool/gym, pay directly to the pool staff.

4/ Cleaning service during my stay?
- We clean the house at second day of your stay and clean the house once two days
P/s: If you want to clean, pls ask me before 5:00 pm because the cleaner don't work after 06:00 pm.
5/ ATMs,shops,restaurants,24/24 convenient/laundry shops just at ground floor-behind reception. There are ATMs, convenience store, cafe, laundry shops, and restaurants under tower
6/ It’s around 9km, 25-35 mins, 7-9$ by Vinasun/Uber/Grab car from airport to SaiGon Pearl.
7/ It’s 5 mins by taxi(2$) /15 mins walk from Saigon Pearl to tourist area
8/ Paying for extension? You can pay by cash but Paying via Airbnb is always secured for both sides
9/ Smoking in the apartment? Sorry, NOT inside for everyone feels fresh. But you can smoke outside of the apartment or at ground floor
