Abbey Apartment is a ground floor apartment with three external steps. It's perfect for small families with buggies or people anyone who would rather avoid stairs. We were thrilled to buy this apartment because we found that many guests asked for lifts (elevators) in other holiday properties. If you prefer easier access both into your apartment and via public transport then this is for you.
It is located in a side street just off London road, one of the main bus routes within the city. Although it's a beautiful walk past the Palace of Holyroodhouse and the Parliament buildings into town, you can easily hop on public transport instead. This makes it especially perfect for an easy journey home after a busy day.
It's cosy and snug inside, nestled almost into the basement area so you can see the ankles of passersby through the windows. We have installed both blinds and curtains in the living room and bedroom so you'll have complete privacy.
Abbey apartment is one of a modern, well maintained block in a quiet area. To make sure you enjoy your time we use a Professional Concierge agency. They'll be on hand for you throughout your visit. Check in will be arranged in advance so you have no fear of delayed flights or late arrivals and can come and go as you please. There is also a welcome folder available on arrival with help and guidance on all aspects of the apartment usage.
The apartment is fully equipped for up to four adults. There's one double bedroom with zip/link beds (can be king size or twin) and in the living room there's a double sofa bed (200cm x 180cm).
Gas, electricity, towels and linen are all included in the price. Washing up liquid, dishtowels, loo rolls and washing machine tablets will also be provided.
It's accessible and very quiet, perfect for relaxing city breaks.
There is a supermarket very close by and free street parking.
