This modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is set in a tranquil location close to Aberdeen city centre and a five minute drive to the airport.
It enjoys the peace of a country location with river and valley views from its private balcony while being close enough to explore the stunning city of Aberdeen.
The apartment is on the first floor of a modern building, set within a private, gated community with concierge and on-site secure parking. It can easily accommodate up to four guests.
It is entered via a wide hallway with on-trend wooden floors and is furnished to a high standard of contemporary, interior decor. There are wonderful views of the communal gardens from the bedrooms and lounge.
There are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a wall of sleek, integrated wardrobes. It has the added benefit of a large desk perfect for home working.
