Only a smattering of homes pepper the grassy slopes above the kilometre-long white sand beach, amongst them the pair of strikingly contemporary Bay Villas.
With sweeping views over the bay and ocean beyond it, the villas are set back far enough from the water’s edge to allow you to take in the dramatic coastline while being near enough to go for an early morning swim and stroll on the sand.
One of the two luxury penthouses at The Bay villas, 4 The Bay benefits from a large Iroko hardwood sun terrace to the front and side of this ultra-luxe apartment. Accessible from its own private entrance or through the full-height sliding glass doors in the open-plan living space, the top-floor balcony is the perfect spot to kick back on the soft, comfy outdoor loungers and sip on sundowners.
