The 37m² gîte is simple and equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. Entirely on one level, this holiday rental features a 17m² living room with dining area, fitted and equipped kitchen, sofa bed (sleeps 2, 140x190cm) and television.
Next door is the 12m² bedroom with double bed (140x190cm), storage and TV, plus a 90x190cm mezzanine mattress suitable for a child. The bathroom has a washbasin and walk-in shower. The toilets are independent.
Outside, you can relax on the terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol.
2 other gîtes are located on the property (ref: H49G021263 and H49G021269). By booking all three gîtes, you can accommodate up to 12 people on site! A reception room is also available on site and can be rented on request.
In a laundry room shared by all three gîtes, you'll find a tumble dryer and washing machine.
You'll be 5 minutes from the banks of the Sèvre, 10 minutes from Tiffauges castle, 15 minutes from Cholet, 25 minutes from Clisson, 50 minutes from Nantes, 1 hour from Angers. Take advantage of your stay to visit the major tourist attractions in and around the Mauges: Le Puy du Fou 20 minutes away, the Parc Oriental de Maulévrier, the Camifolia gardens, the Musée des Métiers et de la Mode, etc. Hiking in the area.
For even more comfort and less hassle, beds are made up on arrival and towels are provided.
