Bearfoot Lodge is a newly remodeled, beautiful home in a quiet setting, nestled into the trees with picturesque mountain views from every window. The home has a cozy, cabin feel where you can see deer meandering through the yard and hear a nearby creek from both of the outdoor decks. Enjoy your coffee and watch the sunrise from the front deck or eat your meals on the side deck. Minutes from Rapid City, this home is a great central location for all of your Black Hills adventures with hiking and ATV trails within minutes of the front door. Bring your bikes, ATV's, motorcycles, hiking shoes, or roller blades to enjoy the many trails in and around Rapid City.
Entry to the home is on the lower level, so this property will require you to climb stairs. The lower level has one bedroom with two twin beds and a large walk in shower with no step access. The laundry room is also located in this bathroom.
The second level has an open floorplan with a cozy family room to enjoy movies or Netflix. (It does have a smart TV so you can easily log in to many of your own accounts, such as Netflix, YouTube TV, or Disney Plus.) The freestanding gas fireplace is a great addition to this room. The dining table seats 6 and is a great place to play games or enjoy a meal. The large kitchen has a breakfast bar with great views out the large picture window. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for your Black Hills getaway including a dishwasher, stove, microwave, Keurig coffee pot, and toaster. There are two bedrooms on this level, both with queen beds. The bathroom is large and has a combination shower and jetted tub.
There is a gas grill provided for guests, as well as all linens, bedding, and toilet paper. The cabin does provide reliable Wi-Fi and both heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable all year long.
**There is no garage access for guests on this property (We will consider making an exception to this rule for motorcycles ONLY for guests who communicate with us prior to arrival. An additional charge may be assessed.)**
