We loved this property from the moment we walked in with the welcoming tiled hall with curved sweeping staircase, spacious rooms, stunning presentation and a quite superb luxury bathroom.. Ground Floor:
Living room: With Freeview Smart TV, three sofa’s one of which is a sofa bed.

Kitchen: With breakfast area, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Seperate toilet: With toilet and sink basin. . First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With super kingsize bed.
Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed and 2 guest beds.
Bedroom 3: With double bed.

Thistle Brae has been presented as quintessentially Scottish as the name would suggest. Located in the charming, popular and exceptionally pretty, original border town of Coldstream, this property serves as an excellent home away from home for those who appreciate those nicer touches. With accommodation over two floors with generous spacious rooms, this property will sleep six comfortably or two families of four. Ideally suited to couples or a family with older children, the three bedrooms have all been kitted as doubles.
One of the rooms has a super king size bed and will definitely make those in this room feel like the lucky ones. That said, the other two rooms are far from basic and in fact have been carefully designed with guest comfort at the forefront of the owners intentions. All three of the bedrooms are on the upper floor and so is the bathroom. As far as bathrooms, go this is most definitely one which makes you want to "wow". With a free-standing bath, double shower and Jack-n-Jill wash basin, fabulous would be an understatement to describe this! The ground floor with the living space is quite excellent. The main living space is exactly where you want to collapse in comfort after a day out and about. There is a dining room for those great evenings round the table enjoying a catch up or a fantastic meal prepared by whoever has been nominated to provide the culinary delights for that evening. The kitchen has a breakfast table and again is a great size. There are all the appliances you’d expect and you’ll find crockery, cutlery and glasses for almost every purpose.
The owners have really gone above and beyond to ensure the guest experience is such that you’ll want to come back!
