This is the perfect Austin escape in downtown! Located right off south congress, you couldn't find a better location. It is clean, comfortable and playful. It is everything you want in an airbnb!

The only bathroom is located inside of the master bedroom. The guest bedroom occupants must enter the master bedroom to use it.
The kitchen is an economy kitchen, there is a full sink, mini fridge, microwave, and a portable stovetop burner.
There is no central heat. However, there are plenty of modern and safe space heaters to keep the place very warm.
The piano in the living room is not functional.
Parties are not allowed under any circumstance.

Check-in instructions. The house has an electronic deadbolt with a new code for all of our guests. Normal check-in time is 3:00pm but we might be able to do earlier at your request.

Please make sure all trash is put in the trashcan inside or outside in the bin. There should be no trash on counters, bathrooms, bedrooms, or outside. Please make sure all used dishes are in the washer and it is started. You are not responsible for stripping the beds or starting laundry. The cleaning company will charge double the cleaning fee if the house is left in a horrible condition. It will also charge for horribly stained sheets and towels. A makeup towel will be supplied in each bathroom and should be the only things used for makeup.
