Love the outdoors? We are located in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota! 10 minutes from Spearfish Canyon, Crow Peak Mountain, and 20 minutes from Historic Deadwood and the Sturgis Rally. There are amazing hiking, biking and ATV trails in the summer and the great Terry Peak for skiing and snow moiling in the winter. We are conveniently located in a quiet subdivision off Exit 8 of Interstate 90. Our new home has an open floor plan great for entertaining with a pool table, ping pong and darts! A large island for eating and enjoying the views of the mountain. Whether you are enjoying your morning coffee on the back patio, watching a movie on our 75 inch TV or out exploring the black hills, you will feel right at home.
Our 3rd bedroom is used as an office but we do have a queen air-mattress that is put in this space when needed. It is a high-quality air-mattress with a memory foam topper. It is very comfortable and does not bounce around when on it. It is the same height as a regular bed. This bedroom/office has a full closet with dresser, hangers, and a 55 inch TV.
We do have cats, so if you have any significant cat allergies please be aware of this prior too booking. Our indoor cat will go with us when our house is rented and our other cat is an outdoor cat and prefers to play out and about and sometimes sleep in his house on the patio.

Summary: During our long summer road trip, my family and I stayed at this North Spearfish rental for three nights. We were highly satisfied with our decision to stay here. The house had a fresh, brand new feel to it and looked impeccably clean, leaving a great first impression on us. The rental provided ample space for us, which was especially appreciated since we were traveling with our college-aged children. The living room with the pool table was a hit with my kids. Communication with the owner was smooth, and the check-in instructions were clear. However, arriving after dark made it difficult to locate the house as the neighborhood was dark. One of the standout features of this rental was the ability to park in the garage, which was a great benefit. In previous rentals, garage usage was often restricted, so having that option was highly appreciated. Although we didn't spend much time in the yard it looked great. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to do some cooking during our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the AC and heating unit worked efficiently to keep us comfortable. . Additionally, having a large TV in the bedroom was a nice bonus. The only issue we encountered was with the hot water supply. During three separate instances we ran out of hot water unexpectedly. Nevertheless, we still highly recommend this rental, it was a good choice.
